My time in the game of Rugby Football on the playing side is a long and most winding pathway. My introduction to the game was at my local club in Leicester. I achieved England Schools Caps at various age groups and lucky enough to move to play for Leicester Tigers for a number of seasons. I transferred to Nottingham Rugby Club where I played for 12 years, captaining the side for 2 years.
My Career changed from starting within Sports Merchandising, and moving into Rugby Club Management at Nottingham RFC. I then joined the Rugby Football Union as an RDO in Nottinghamshire. The role involves working with Local Authorities, Education and Clubs and securing external funding from various sources. I also co-ordinate many School Programmes in my management role with Gary Rudkin and Sean Wright the 2 CRC's in Derbyshire.
